GEOFF Sanderson, former tenant of Scunthorpe's oldest pub The Talbot, has died aged 65 after a short illness.
Father-of-two Geoff and his wife Beryl ran the pub in Earl Street for 12 years until June 2004.
An electrician by trade, he was the founder chairman of the Talbot Golf Society and fellow members are planning a memorial tournament in Bridlington this June.
A funeral service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium on April 13 at 1.20pm.
